Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prospect/Client Engagement: Engage in conversations with prospects to understand their unique needs through a comprehensive fact-finding process. Your objective will be to connect each prospect with an APW Wealth Adviser.
• Appointment Booking: Schedule appointments between prospects and wealth advisers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process to address prospects’ financial enquiries.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate professionalism and keen attention to detail by matching each prospect with the adviser best suited to their specific situation and keeping record updated on our CRM software.
• Team Support: Provide ad hoc support to the wider team beyond appointment booking, showcasing strong teamwork and precision.

We are looking for someone who is quick on their feet, consistently ensuring that each client leaves with a positive impression of Apollo Private Wealth’s high-quality service.

We are looking for intelligent and articulate individuals, who are degree educated and have a highly professional work ethic.
You will need to demonstrate that you can achieve and exceed targets.

• Have a minimum of 12 months experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant sales role preferably within B2C sales.
• Proven sales track record

As a Financial Adviser (Wealth Adviser) at Apollo Private Wealth, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

We are looking for qualified Financial Advisers (Wealth Advisers) with at least 2 years’ industry experience who:

• Hold a QCF Level 4 Diploma (minimum).
• Have a degree in a relevant subject

Private Client Associates play a pivotal role in supporting our Advisers through the delivery of suitability reports and the acquisition of prospective clients.  Every advice event requires an SJP compliant advice set and PCAs (Private Client Associate) are crucial ‘quality control’ gatekeepers . They position our 
service to prospective clients and answer any initial questions, helping engage the prospect with 
Apollo.  

• To produce comprehensive, accurate and clear Suitability Reports – on a wide variety of topics       including Pensions, Investments, Retirement, Inheritance tax, and Protection 
• To assess initial fact find / case quality and feedback any shortfalls to the adviser before                commencing work on cases 
• Careful maintenance of back-office records relating to paraplanning such as updating a client’s fact find – making sure that client files meet all regulatory and company requirements 
• Keeping up to date with SJP process changes, resulting from technical, legislative and regulatory  developments 
• To liaise with third party providers; to acquire additional information where required 
• To liaise with SJP’s internal compliance department (Business Assurance) to ensure cases are      graded as Suitable first time – on all cases checked – both pre and post approval 
• To meet internal Service Level Agreements for the delivery of compliant advice in a timely             manner  
• Business development, building relationships with new clients and identifying financial planning needs on behalf of the Wealth Adviser   
• Personal development – Attaining your Level 4 qualification within 12  months and developing your Adviser skillset and experience
