Nauman is the Chief Executive Officer and managing partner at Apollo Private Wealth. In this role, he has primary responsibilities for the establishment and execution of the corporate strategy.
Nauman founded Apollo Private Wealth in 2017 with a vision to create a differentiated proposition for both clients and advisers. He brings 20 years’ experience in financial services, and has been with St. James’s Place since 2012.

Laurie oversees our commercial strategy across marketing, sales, and partnerships, helping drive performance across Apollo Group.
Laurie has a decade’s consumer marketing experience, spanning financial services, residential property, property development, and automotive. He began working on Marsh & Parsons estate agents’ award-winning People & Property campaign, digitising their marketing activity for significant incremental revenue. Then, Laurie went to an independent, investment-led real estate firm in Canary Wharf and doubled their revenue as commercial director, culminating in the sale of that company to a large group. He then created the brand and collateral for a mixed-use property developer, aimed at raising private funds into those projects. Finally, Laurie moved to Savills, one of the world’s leading real estate brands to build out an entirely new marketing strategy for residential lettings across the UK, as a member of multiple boards at this FTSE 250 organisation.

Sam joined Apollo in 2024 and brings extensive operations knowledge, with almost a decade’s experience at St. James’s Place.

Gemma joined Apollo in 2021 and brings extensive HR & Recruitment experience.
Prior to joining Apollo Gemma spent 12 years working for a world-renowned luxury department store where she managed the Resourcing team. During this time she also gained her Level 5 CIPD in Human Resource Management and played a pivotal role in many employee projects and initiatives.
Gemma supports Apollo in delivering their growth plan by recruiting and retaining the best talent in Financial Advisory and Financial Services. As a performing arts graduate, Gemma has a passion for theatre and music.
