Shajid describes himself as “committed to perfecting my craft and aiming to become an effective adviser.” Having had the invaluable opportunity to work closely with Nauman Gondal, Apollo’s managing partner, Shajid has gained exposure to a plethora of complex areas within wealth planning, learning the intricacies involved in guiding clients towards their financial goals. Leveraging a diverse range of tools, Shajid is passionate about helping the advisory team to create tailored solutions that resonate with each client’s unique aspirations and circumstances.

Shajid has worked in financial services since 2018, across various business development and financial planning roles in the UK and Belgium.

Mark works with our advisory function, which helps HNW individuals and their families, across the financial planning spectrum including with protection, tax optimisation and estate planning.

Mark joined Apollo Private Wealth in 2022, following time he spent in the UAE helping expats manage tax efficiency through offshore bonds, and with retirement planning. Starting as a Paraplanner, Mark gained extensive experience writing and reviewing investment transfer cases, alternative investments, business loanbacks and co-investments. Mark became a Private Wealth Associate in 2024.

Mark is a big jazz enthusiast, often found at jazz cafés, and plays the saxophone. He also collects rums from around the world.
